Welcome to the insanity!

Got my Haibane Renmei soundtrack today, two discs. Those guys are grand musicians. I've never had a Japanese cd before, and this one is an import from Japan. I know the music, and love the show. This is a very fine, clean soundtrack, and it really gets to me. Something about it really moves me inside. This is my first Anime soundtrack, and it was worth it. Got it on Ebay from a fellow in California. Reasonable price, especially for an import. He has a shop there with all sorts of stuff. So I'm taking a hint from the show and "flying high".
When we left to get the cd, with Eric, Ed was spying on us from upstairs. He was staring down at us from behind a curtain. He hates Eric for all the things he imagines he's done to him. Ed has fully lost it now. Eric wrote a letter to the new management place of the building, just saying what was wrong with his apartment. He gave a copy to Ed. Ed read it and came flying down to Eric's apartment, screaming enough to wake the dead. He threatened to kill him and his family. Eric slammed the door in his face. Then Ed called the cops on Eric and demanded they arrest Eric for slander! The cops just laughed it off.
My cold is fighting me, but I think it's a little better today. I'm not coughing as much. Now Eric is coming down with one. Denice has one too. She didn't make it home today, and I hope her rodents are okay. The cat is with us and fine. In fact, the cat, Azzy, jumped on my bed today and laid with me for a while to get petted. He so-oo-oo much like our old cat Puck! Looks just like him. Acts like him too.
I know it must bite Ed's butt to see us with Eric, or with Denice. Wait until he sees us in court together, supporting each other and going against him! He's so flipped out and bi-polar that he's gonna have a coronary. Serves him right, too, for all the things he's doing to some of us. He's gone into people's apartments without permission, hurt our animals, talks about sex constantly and in great detail, and done some things I can't mention here. He's one sick puppy--and that's an insult to dogs. It's only a few more days, and moving day can't come soon enough.
I gotta find time to finish the last two things on some dolls I'm making for the holidays. Only have to put their faces on and do a shirt for one and the hair for the other. My friends are patient, and they're gifts anyway. Gotta send my buds some little "just because" gifts earlier than the holidays. Those are ready to go out. Now, if I can just find the time to finish the dolls....
That's it for now. Gotta go make fried rice for dinner!

Hi, gang!
I'm in a good mood today. Got a couple of things from Ebay that I wanted. One of my cds arrived today, the Haibane Renmei soundtrack from the Anime series. I collect figures and such of things with wings, not necessarily angels. I will collect angels that aren't religiously oriented, as in that don't have crosses or such on them. Nothing against religion, but it'd look funny if a Pagan had a christian cross in the house. The Anime is about a group of beings with small wings who live in this walled city with humans, and no one can go out of the city and beyond the walls, nor do they have any knowledge of the outside world. I love the show.
I'm also into several other Anime series: Earthian, Tenchi Muyo, Escaflowne, and Bastard. My husband is a big Anime fan.
As to Ed, well, he refused to sign the lease resind for Denice, the person we're moving in with. He said he'd sign it the next day, then avoided her all day. She is legally able to break the lease because of the problems here and what they're doing to her physically and psychologically.
My therapist gave me a very detailed letter (now I have three plus my husband's) saying that we need therapy/service animals for our mental and physical health and well being. Ed charged us for "pets" when we moved in. That's a violation of the ADA and Federal laws. He hired a management company to take care of the place, and we're demanding our money back that we put down on the cats. They're NOT pets!
Speaking of which, we took Denice's cat in so he's not alone all day (she's staying with a friend until we move out). He's a great cat and a lover. Beats up on one of my cats all the time! :). He's much happier now and very friendly.
We're moving stuff into the storage unit today. Got it last week, but with Eric's rigs down we'll likely have to rent a truck next week. At least we have the labor to move.
I just won on ebay a statue of this "alien cat" in one of Sci Fi channel's commercials. Only paid a buck for it. It'll look great next to my Bast ones.
As to the lawsuit, we wrote up all the things wrong with this place that Ed never fixed. And copied all the laws he's violated. He put a 3 day eviction notice on Denice's door when she wanted to break her lease. You can't just write such up and stick it on the door. It has to be on a legal form, noterized, and served. It's retaliation, and that will stand up in court.
Considering how many times Ed has violated the law, he's gonna be in it deeply as soon as we file. And that will be very soon. There's a ton more to this, and I'll give you more info at another time.
Stay well! Another episode of "As The Stomach Turns" follows shortly! Just rest assured that I'm not a negative sort, and this won't be a "poor me" blog. It's just crazy now.
Oh, btw, I saw Steve Perry at the Socks' game, and downloaded a video from their site. It's sure nice to see the man again. He looks great despite dressing down for the game.

Well, the landlord is at it yet again! Several of us have had an ongoing hassle with this guy for months. And he's not just doing little things like mouthing off, he's just put sugar in Eric's gas tank (that's my neighbor, as is Denice). It's a good thing we're moving out on the third of Nov. and before. Got the storage unit already and the guys are moving stuff tomorrow and later today. This guy, Ed, has totally lost it. My court statement for when we sue him is 7 pages long so far. We have an EXCELLENT case, and proof of stuff he's done. It'll be nice to get a new car....
The insanity around here is nutz. We've been packing and getting ready for the new place we're moving to with a friend. It's not far from here, quiet, comfy, and with a decent roomie.
I shut down a site I'd been running. No time to keep up with it. I'm devoting my time to writing and working on my books and publishing. I'm considering putting together a small publishing company. Have enough info and will have the cash to do it in the future.
The cats are fine. I'm going to get a Ragdoll kitten next year to add to the collection. Had a part Raggie a few years ago, and it was a lover. We put V and O together to see what they'd do (O is our roomie's cat) and V wanted O to come out and play!
I'm going to be setting up another website soon. Stay tuned!
Sorry to be so short tonight, but it's late and I've still a lot of things to do. Catch you shortly!

Welcome to the insanity that is my life! Let me introduce myself a bit. I am a 47 year old author/artist, retired. I am married with no children. Well, that's not true--I have two "kids". They are two fun cats that are service animals. We will be getting a Ragdoll kitten early next year. We live on the West Coast of the U.S. I have been married for almost 13 years now, to a great person. I am a fan of older rock music such as Chicago, Styx, Journey, Oingo Boingo, and No Doubt.
I have my own website that showcases my writing. Most of it is fanfiction, although I will be putting up original work as well. I have been writing for 38 years, and have several books published, as well as countless articles and catalogues that I have designed.
I am a Pro in the science fiction community. I go to conventions when I have the time, and am very well liked. I have done many costumes in the past, but lately because I want to be taken seriously as a writer, I have forgone the crazy outfits.
I am a also a Wiccan Elder. I have been a Pagan for 20 years now. My spouse is also Pagan.
I am going to be moving in a couple of weeks. The landlord here is flipping out and acting irrationally, so we need to get out. We're moving into a house with a friend of ours.
I try to post every day here and let you know the latest. Enjoy the ride!
